Jah Decko returns with Sen Her Come, offering a first taste of his upcoming album Love Who Loves You Back, a project rooted in conscious reggae, uplifting messages and authentic musicianship. Born in Suriname and now living in the Netherlands, the experienced artist brings more than two decades of reggae knowledge to a sound shaped by Rastafari principles, cultural identity and positive vibrations.
His musical journey began in 2003 with Dreddayouthz, blending roots reggae with Sranan Tongo influences. He later expanded his creative reach through Dredda Records, producing music and collaborating with respected names including Joggo, Ziggi Recado and Miriam Simone. His work with Jamaican singer Turbulence on Strong Like Lion further strengthened his connections across the reggae community.
After spending around 14 years pursuing professional football, Jah Decko committed himself to music, developing his skills both behind the production desk and behind the microphone. His forthcoming album brings these experiences together, championing love, gratitude, unity and conscious living.
Rather than following passing trends, Jah Decko embraces reggae’s enduring spirit while expressing his own Surinamese-European perspective. Love Who Loves You Back signals a promising new chapter, sharing thoughtful rhythms and encouraging listeners to find strength, reflect deeply and spread positivity through everyday life.
