Cyberswamp’s Mi Amada & Other Love Songs is the culmination of a recording journey stretching across decades. Sacramento songwriter Robert Radcliff began the project in the late 1990s, developing songs through years of studio experimentation before his son Nic helped revive and reshape the material with modern production methods.
The album blends Latin-inspired rhythms, rock, R&B, keyboards, guitar, bass, and electronic textures into a distinctly hybrid sound. Mi Amada stands out for its warm percussion, synthetic layers, and romantic atmosphere, while other tracks explore more reflective and socially charged themes. Recorded largely at Sacramento’s former EME Recording Studio, the collection feels like an archive transformed into a contemporary release, connecting personal history, family collaboration, and evolving technology.
